This volunteer opportunity is designed for 15 women in the eye health sector who are passionate about leadership, mentorship, and creating inclusive, supportive spaces for peer connection.

Selected facilitators will:

·                  Participate in two virtual training sessions in September 2025

·                  Commit to leading a Women’s Circle for one year

·                  Join a growing global community of women leaders
