• • There are two free trade delegate registrations included in the fee per one exhibition floor space (3 x 3m).
  • To qualify for the two free trade delegate registrations, you need to register them online by the early bird cut-off date.
  • One registration per delegate is required. We do not accept registrations via e-mail, but only online registrations that will be open from November 2025 on aocafrica.org

  • Major contributors will be given the opportunity to choose their stands first, coupled with a first come first served basis allocation of stand spaces.

Exhibition stand spaces are offered as 9m² stands (3m x 3m) at R2 500 USD each.

The lunchtime symposia will take place after lunch on Friday, 31 July & 1 August 2026.

These wetlabs will be hosted in small groups parallel to the main programme with a few delegates participating at a time.

You have the choice to either have a certain speaker linked to your educational grant or to give an unrestricted educational grant without it being linked to a certain speaker.

The sponsor must supply each registered delegate (trade delegates included) with a congress bag that is big enough to hold an A4 programme book.

This sponsorship would assist us in keeping delegates updated regarding congress arrangements. The company’s logo will be displayed at the registration counter and the sponsor may place their own two pull-up banners in the registration area

securing the chance to be the sole sponsor of the app for AOC 2026 places your company’s products and services in the palm of more than 750 congress delegates.

This sponsorship will be acknowledged on screen at the beginning and end of the academic sessions and noted in the programme book. The company may also have a 60 second video in every venue directly after the session is adjourned by the chair.

This sponsorship would assist us in guiding the delegates to the different venues.

The sponsor will be responsible for the production for the pens and pads for academic delegates.
