Please complete the form as thoroughly as possible. Required fields that are left empty of completed incorrectly will be marked in red when you wan to submit the form.

3. Successful upload
If you do not receive acknowledgment of successful upload of your abstract directly after submission please e-mail the organisers.

4. Acceptance of abstracts
Authors will be informed of the acceptance of their abstracts by 30 January 2026. Confirmation will also be given as to whether it will be an oral or a poster presentation.
